Some pain is quiet. Some wounds are hidden behind smiles. But the Bible says something powerful: “The Lord is close to the brokenhearted.” (Psalm 34:18)
God is not distant from your tears. He is not far from your grief. He does not overlook the parts of your story that hurt. He draws near to heal what life tried to destroy. If you’ve been feeling alone, rejected, or overwhelmed—let this truth settle in your heart: God is close.
When you’re brokenhearted, you don’t need perfect words. You need presence. And God’s presence brings comfort, strength, and restoration. Healing may be a process, but it is also a promise.
Prayer
Father, You see my heart. Comfort me in the places that hurt. Heal what is broken and restore my joy. Fill me with peace that passes understanding. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
Declaration
God is near me. My heart will not remain wounded—healing is coming.
